What is post-mortem tissue donation?

The tissues of humans, even at an advanced age, to be helpful for ill: Well known is eg the bone marrow donation as a life-saving tissue transfer between living in certain forms of blood cancer leukemia.. Of course, almost all know the possibilities of transplantation medicine, heart, kidneys, liver and other organs for transplant. But even after cardiovascular arrest a donation within 36 hours is still possible: bones, tendons, heart valves, corneas, muscles and skin can be removed and after appropriate treatment to replace diseased or injured tissue of other people.
